For Patients

Your first visit,
made easy.

We know a specialist referral can feel unfamiliar. Here's exactly what to expect — from the moment you call to the moment you leave.

Before You Arrive

What to bring.

Photo ID & Insurance Card

Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID. We'll verify coverage before your appointment.

Referral & X-rays

If your dentist provided a referral slip or recent X-rays, bring them or ask the office to send them ahead of time.

List of Medications

Include any supplements, blood thinners, or medications you take regularly. This helps us plan anesthesia safely.

What Happens

Your visit, step by step.

  1. 01

    Check-in & Paperwork

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake forms. We can email them in advance if you'd prefer to fill them out at home.

  2. 02

    Clinical Examination

The doctor reviews your history, examines the tooth, and takes any necessary digital X-rays or CBCT imaging.

  3. 03

    Diagnosis & Treatment Plan

We explain what we found and present your options clearly — including what happens if the tooth is not treated.

  4. 04

    Treatment (Same Visit or Scheduled)

Many cases can be treated the same day. Others are scheduled at a dedicated appointment based on complexity.
